Chewy’s RTB videos were becoming stale. With a new art style and approach, I wanted to make them fun, quirky, and Chewy. These changes led to a 41.32% year-over-year increase in searches for "chewy pharmacy," due to this video, which saw a 91% increase singularly.

Summer 2025’s RTB videos embrassed the unique personalities our pets have. Quirky, funny, and still hitting hard on core RTB messaging, topics like fast delivery and quality meds were made fun to watch. These videos created a positive increase in the search results for Chewy Pharmacy.

Flea and tick med season is the equivalent of the SuperBowl for Chewy Healthcare. Directing these fall spots during a triple digit heat wave in Florida, my team and I were able to create fall Chewy magic. The pin “bugs” were a design element carried throughout the year as a symbol to help the consumer recognize flea and tick med season.
