Print is not dead!
I love printmaking, literally everything about it. The ink, the paper, the excitement and magic to see what your results will be. It’s an old process but one that excites and soothes my soul. It also helps to unwind from our very digital forward society, to feel textures and create with my hands. These are some of the prints from the last year. Techniques include collography, intaglio, botanical, and block printing.
I taught a weekend workshop teaching kids from 8-12 how to carve, ink, and print their creative ideas on paper. So fun seeing their imagination come to life.
